A Senior Consumer Credit Lawyer is required to join a well-known global institution as Legal Counsel.
Role Description
As the appointed Legal Counsel, you will carry out the following responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice in relation to products
- Managing relationships with a range of key stakeholders
- Advising on legal and regulatory risks, including the implementation of new legislation and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring regulatory risk
About You
To be successful in your application for this Legal Counsel role, you will require:
- 6+ years’ PQE (UK Qualified Solicitor)
- A strong background in consumer credit / retail financial services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the business
