Property Legal Counsel 4+

Commercial Property In-house Legal Counsel role at Fortune 500 business.

My client is a Fortune 500 with a considerable property portfolio.

They are seeking a Legal Counsel experienced in Real Estate matters at 4+ PQE to join their In-house team.

This is a newly created role to support the business. You will work closely with the property and estates team becoming their 'go to' person.

In the initial stages of the role you will be responsible for reviewing the external property spend and liaising directly with the law firms putting frameworks together. Ideally you will have held a similar senior position In-house and worked closely with estates teams and external firms. However our client will consider senior lawyers in Private Practice with wider client management skills.
