A high calibre mid-senior Structured Finance Associate is required to join the growing London office of a leading US firm. This role is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
About the Firm
The Structured Finance Lawyer will hit the ground running, taking on the role of lead Associate on a variety of matters. The team work on a broad range of Structured Finance transactions, including:
- Securitisation
- CLOs
- CMBS
- Covered bonds
- Capital market transactions
The Partners are actively involved in training and furthering Associates in the team, offering day to day support.
Candidate Profile
This Structure Finance Associate position requires candidates with the following:
- 3-7 years’ PQE as a Finance / Banking Lawyer
- A strong academic record
- Strong Structured Finance experience
- Experience obtained within a leading US, UK or International firm
- The ability to take on a key role within the team and contribute to business development
- Excellent client care skills
