Sellick Partnership are currently working in partnership with a high performing regional private law practice, in the recruitment of an experienced Childcare Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Non-practising Barrister) to work as part of a motivated, supportive and friendly Childcare Legal team, to work on a caseload of Childcare matters.
Dealing with everything from managing the emergency care line, to working with multi-agency parties to protect the interests of vulnerable members of our society. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer with a proven track record and who is committed to this contentious area of law.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will ideally have worked within a childcare law setting within local authority for at least 2 years, and enjoy a good degree of experience within this complex area of law. Alternatively, you will have worked in a public childcare law setting within a private practice.
