My client is boutique venture capital fund that invests in some seriously interesting startups and fintechs. Their modern, trendy offices are based just behind one of the most famous shopping spots in the West End, with some amazing bars and restaurants in the area. The environment itself is very dynamic and fast-paced, with a friendly, supportive team surrounding you, offering a real family feel. With offices in the UK and US, they have an international reach and it's a very dynamic environment. There is also the potential to work from home a few days per week.

Your new role
This position has come about through growth and will be responsible for the corporate/transactional work that the company undertakes when investing. There are some exciting new initiatives such as events and publications that you will also be advising on. You will also provide ad hoc legal advice to the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a UK qualified Lawyer and ideally be between 3-5 years PQE, though this is a guideline and if you feel that you could do this role comfortably then you will be considered. You'll need to be dynamic and adaptable, as this is a rounded role within a tight-knit team.
