Corporate Lawyer
This global offshore law firm is seeking a corporate and/or funds lawyer for its growing team in the Cayman Islands. You will enjoy a fast-paced and varied practice, advising international clients on the Cayman law elements of major cross border transactions. (JMH/206)
Requirements
- 3-6 years’ pqe Solicitor with strong corporate and/or investment funds experience.
- Please note that a minimum of 3 years’ pqe is required for work permit reasons.
- Qualification in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (most typically Australia, New Zealand or Canada) is required for admission to the Cayman Bar.
- Strong training and a background in a well-regarded commercial law firm is essential.
