We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of business in China reporting into Group General Counsel based in Singapore.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, negotiate and administer agreements regarding IP and IT transactions, including SaaS agreements, consulting and confidentiality agreements, maintenance and support agreements as well as partner agreements.
* Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and PRC labour laws.
* Serve as a central point of contact for China-based activities, to facilitate contractual activities from inception to completion.
* Advise the company on PRC labour laws and regulations.
* Advise business contacts on compliance with company legal policies and procedures.
* Provide analysis and counsel on a broad range of legal issues.
General Qualifications:
* A PRC qualified lawyer with 3 - 5 years of progressively professional experience gained in the technology industry in a reputable multinational technology company and/or law firm.
* Fluency in Mandarin and English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, as well as in team situations.
