Legal Counsel (5-7 PQE) - 15219/TTL

Our client is the market leader in the fragrance and flavor industry, and they are seeking an experienced lawyer to join their Singapore office, supporting the growing business in the South East Asia region. Reporting to the Legal Director, you will be responsible for providing legal advisory on business and transaction matters, managing general commercial and documentation work, advising on business risks and regulatory compliance requirements, and managing internal investigations. The ideal candidate will be a 5-7 years’ PQE lawyer with sound business acumen, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal silks. You must be hands-on and proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage stakeholders within the organization both in Asia and globally.
