A top 100 ranked practice seeks to recruit a mid to senior level Solicitor for their Corporate team. Based in Nottingham, the Corporate Solicitor will be offered a full-time, permanent role paying up to £80,000 per year.
Your new role
Joining an award-winning national corporate team, you will work on the full spectrum of Corporate Finance work with a focus on M&A deals. You will advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle on matters such as:
- Start-up and first round finance
- M&A
- Management transactions
- Venture and development funding
- Restructuring
- Capital reductions
- Private equity funding
- Exits
Candidate requirements
The firm looks to speak with qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:
- 5+ years of PQE
- A background in corporate law
- Experience in M&A, joint ventures, re-organisations, venture capital, private equity and capital markets
Salary
The successful Corporate Solicitor will be offered £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
