Overseeing and carrying out all aspects of residential conveyancing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a CQS accredited department in Coventry.

The Candidate
- Solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Business development skills
- Ability to supervise staff effectively and demonstrate good interpersonal skills
- Excellent client care expertise
- A team player
- Demonstrable knowledge of CQS protocol and anti-money laundering legislation
- IT proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft, Windows and case management systems
- Driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential as you may be required to work at the other offices of the firm on some occasions
