Conveyancing Assistant - Doncaster
THE FIRM
A law firm based in Doncaster is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing assistant to join their traditional law firm. You will join a close knit team of forward thinking, residential property lawyers.
THE ROLE
You will support the residential conveyancers with their varied caseload of sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold matters. Duties will include:
*Opening/Closing files
*Drafting contracts
*Ordering searches
*Land registry
REQUIREMENTS
*Previous experience working with a residential conveyancing
*Confident user of a case management system
*Driven, ambitious with desire to expand your conveyancing knowledge
WHATS ON OFFER
*£18,000 - £21,000
