Commercial Litigation Locum

A vibrant, successful law firm based in Merseyside is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their busy firm for a long term assignment.

This opportunity will allow the Commercial Litigation Solicitor to showcase their skills and run a full caseload of dispute resolution matters such as: property litigation matters, complex commercial contract claims, company and shareholder disputes, debt claims, civil fraud matters, professional negligence claims, injunctions, intellectual property and contentious probate.

Applications will be considered from candidates who have experience dealing with a full range Commercial Litigation matters. Ideally the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be technically sound and able to hit the ground running and make a positive contribution to this well respected firm based in Merseyside.
