Personal injury paralegal / legal executive - Our client is a top tier insurance litigation firm looking to attract an experienced personal injury paralegal or Legal Executive ideally with experience in catastrophic injury to build a career with their Manchester-based team.

- Expertise: Experience as a personal injury paralegal, or legal executive handling or assisting on a multi-track caseload would be ideal. However, candidates with general PI experience will also be considered whether from a defendant insurance or claimant background.

Our client is one of the largest defendant insurance firms in the country with an impressive national presence. They deliver an outstanding service for defending insurance claims of behalf of an enviable client list of insurance houses and self-insured companies.
The catastrophic injury and large loss team is currently enjoying a period of growth and as a result a vacancy has appeared for an ambitious Legal Executive or Paralegal to assist the Head of Department with their complex multi-track catastrophic injury work which consists of a mix of both EL/PL and RTA work.
CATASTROPHIC INJURY TEAM
Catastrophic injury is a particularly complex area of personal injury law often involving multi track claims of a high value. Personal injury fee earners looking to apply should therefore possess excellent technical legal ability. Prior experience of handling a multi-track defendant insurance caseload is preferred, but claimant experience will also be considered.
