An opening currently exists in the commercial disputes team for a lawyer with 2 to 3 yrs experience handling a range of high value complex disputes often with an international element.
Associates work with partners across the team and as such can expect a varied caseload ranging from contractual and tortious claims to shareholder and partnership disputes as well as arbitrations, ADR and a variety of tribunal work.
This is a role that would suit a candidate with a strong academic and professional pedigree and the right blend of technical know-how, commercial savvy and strong interpersonal skills.
