Our law firm client in Oxford is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join the administration team. The successful candidate must be a confident and well organised individual, keen to work as part of a busy team, providing support in the general day to day running of the Oxford office. The tasks are varied and include photocopying, ordering of stationery, franking the external mail, opening of the incoming mail, carrying out regular maintenance tasks which could include repairs and installation of fixtures/fittings under supervision, taking responsibility for the setting up and clearing of meeting rooms, together with providing assistance with an archiving clearance project.

Skills & Experience
 

This position would suit someone who is approachable, flexible and enjoys a busy and varied workload with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Candidates should have good verbal communication skills and common sense.

Full training and support will be given for this role and will provide development opportunities for the right applicant.
