A Worcestershire based firm is looking for a junior Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role Description

The Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including but not limited to:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Equity Transfer
  • Raising Enquiries
  • Lease extension
  • Land registry application
  • Voluntary Registrations
  • Title upgrades
  • Part exchange  

Candidate Profile

The firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer who can demonstrate the following:

  • Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
  • 0-2 years’ PQE
  • Experience dealing with the full spectrum of Conveyancing matters
  • The ability to handle a busy and varied caseload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
