Your new company

A newly-launched technology and intellectual property licensing company based in London established in 2015. This company has negotiated licensing agreements with over 3,000 companies across the world, collecting over $2 billion in royalties.

Your new role

This initial temporary (6 month FTC) to permanent position will work as part of a small team. Working closely with the business, your role will involve:

• Negotiating licensing agreements,
• Preparation and attendance to international trade fairs,
• Specific legal searches (competition and patent law),
• Case law analysis
• Business development
  
  There will be international travel associated with the role (10-12 yearly trips) for trade fairs e. to Barcelona, Hong Kong, Berlin and other European countries.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  You will be a Paralegal with excellent academics (2:1 or 1st Legal degree). You will have an engaging personality, a commercial mindset and the willingness to learn and develop as much as possible.
