CRA legal is currently recruiting for ?a senior Law Costs Supervisor to manage a growing costs team for an expanding, innovative law firm in Sheffield. The role will involve managing the existing team and retaining a small caseload of fixed costs files and trouble shooting particularly problematic files of others'.

The role is to primarily undertake all legal costing services for Clients including:

·Costs Budgets & Estimates
·Statements of Costs
·Bills of Costs
·Points of Dispute
·Replies to Points of Dispute
·Negotiate settlements on cost matters

Key responsibilities include:

·Experience in dealing with Multi Track Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Civil & Commercial Cost claims
·Preparation of Costs Budgets and dealing with objections raised by opponents and advising Clients both throughout the budgeting process and at Case Management Conferences
·The preparation of Statements of Costs
·The preparation of Bills of Costs
·The preparation of Points of Dispute
·The preparation of Replies to Points of Dispute
·Deal with client queries/inquiries as and when they arise
