Commercial Paralegal - In House

This rapidly growing Pharmaceutical company with offices based in London are looking for an in-house Commercial Paralegal to provide support directly to the CEO.

The Role

Due to rapid growth, this company are looking for an individual to join on a permanent basis and work alongside the CEO.

You will: ensure their commercial contracts and documentation are compliant and up to date, monitoring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements that affect the business and advising to management of these upcoming changes, liaise with colleagues and external counsel to ensure compliance with data protection legislation, support in managing external counsel relationships, reviewing legal invoices, case preparation and more.

Requirements

• You will have previous relevant experience as either a Litigation / Commercial Litigation Paralegal / Legal Executive
• General civil litigation law knowledge is essential
• Experience of civil procedure (preferably high court)
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and IT abilities
• Team player
