Anakin Seal are recruiting for a number of experienced fee earners to join leading litigation team in central Leeds.
You will be responsible for handling your own volume caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims and undertake the following duties:
- Providing expert legal advice and keeping in regular contact with clients
- Handling a high volume caseload of fast track claims
- Work towards financial targets both individually and as a team
- To attend court hearings to make representations, where appropriate
- Liaising with third parties
- Negotiating settlements
- Assessing liability
- Using a case management system
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling a similar caseload and be an excellent litigator with strong drafting skills and the ability to negotiate appopriate settlements.
