Our client, an international ship management company is seeking a Ship Finance Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created position, whereby the successful candidate will be supporting the head of Finance with the day to day transaction management of new and existing ship finance transactions.
The role will be very hands-on, and day to day duties will include; drafting, reviewing and amending documentation, organising and maintaining transaction files, preparing corporate authorities, instructing legal counsel, assisting with the collation of KYC documentation requests and legal research.
To be considered, candidates must have 2-3 years' previous experience ideally within ship finance. Candidates with asset/aviation or rail finance experience will also be considered. In addition, candidates must have strong transactional experience, be able to work autonomously and have very strong organisational skills.
The salary on offer will be circa £40-£45k per annum (inclusive of overtime) and the core hours are 9-5.
