Fantastic opportunity for a NQ+ solicitor to join this international firm.
This is a new vacancy for a property litigation solicitor to join a commercial firm who are ranked as market leaders in L500. Based in Milton Keynes, the firm are well-known for their expertise in dispute resolution and the quality of work on offer. They are seeking a NQ to join their highly rated property litigation team which forms part of the wider dispute resolution group.
The successful candidate will be given responsibility from day one and will gain exposure to a wide range of matters from basic debt collection and unopposed business lease cases, through to assisting and running cases to trial. The client base includes household names varying from international companies to local businesses.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of the civil litigation process and have a good understanding of basic real estate law. Sound knowledge of landlord and tenant law is a distinct advantage. In addition you will have first class academics and a background with a City or regional firm.
