Our client a technology business based in London is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their FTSE 250 listed business.
Joining a small but busy team this role would suit someone keen to take on a varied and interesting role within a fast paced team.
Your role will be to support the Company Secretary in all aspects including:
*Organising and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and AGMs and following up on actions from meetings.
*Logging required forms with Companies House and making announcements to London Stock Exchange.
*Maintaining statutory books and other key governance processes.
*Supporting the production of annual reports and notice of AGMs.
*Administrating all employee and discretionary share schemes including key events such as grants, vestings and tax returns.
*Overseeing corporate governance policies and making sure they are kept up to date.
*Developing and overseeing the systems to ensure the business complies with all applicable codes.
*Maintaining their investors' website.
*Assisting with the renewal of their insurance cover and matters related to insurance.
The successful candidate will have ideally 2 years+ work experience in a similar role from a listed company. Good attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills are essential. If you have or are working towards your ICSA qualifications or a recognised equivalent this would be advantageous.
