My client is a leading law firm based in West London, who are looking to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis.
The HR Manager will report directly into the Head of HR and will work closely with the HR team and other members of the firm at all levels. Duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop effective working relationships with Partners, business service heads and line managers across the firm, ensuring they receive sound HR advice, coaching and support on all employee issues.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and Systems.
- Developing and leading projects to support HR and wider business strategies.
- Deal with all HR related matters across the Business Services including sickness absence, performance management and salary reviews.
- Formulate wellbeing strategy in conjunction with the HR Team and set objectives and organise monthly wellbeing events.
- Support Head of HR with annual salary review process.
- Deal with Payroll in other HR Managers absence.
- Processing of Gender Pay Gap reports and processing diversity statistics.
- Responsible for the Apprenticeship programme.
The HR Manager will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience, ideally within the Legal Sector. You will have proven relationship management skills and the ability to maintain and build working relationships across the business and externally. The ability to maintain confidentiality and have a collaborative working style is essential for this role. You will have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
