THE ROLE
The corporate lawyers support clients on a range of corporate transactions, notably M&A, private equity and public company transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and collaborations, in addition to advising on corporate governance and statutory and regulatory issues.
THE CANDIDATE
* 4PQE+ corporate associate
* Experience gained at a City or top regional firm
* Desire to work closely with clients to build lasting relationships
