Taylor Root are recruiting for a number of insurers and brokers seeking to expand their Transaction Liability / Warranty & Indemnity teams with strong transactional lawyers. We're recruiting at a range of levels from NQ-10 years+ for a variety of clients in the industry, many of whom are seeking multiple new joiners.
These are unique positions within stellar teams, enabling lawyers to use their legal skills in a much more commercial way. You will still provide technical advice on deals and the risks associated with them across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions, in highly commercial and rewarding environments.
You must be commercial and personable in your approach, and comfortable with building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
