About the Role:
The appointed Real Estate Associate will be advising on a range of employment matters for clients such as:
- All aspects of non-contentious Landlord and Tenant Law;
- Freehold and Leasehold acquisitions and disposals;
- Development work e.g. forward funding deals; and
- Other property matters for Investors and Occupiers.
Candidate Profile:
The successful Real Estate lawyer is likely to have:
- Strong Academics
- Trained at a well-renowned practice
- Qualified in England & Wales
- Have 3 years' PQE +
