Croydon
A leading Immigration Specialist firm based in Croydon is looking to expand its immigration team through the recruitment of level 1 and level 2 accredited caseworkers. The firm has been involved in many reported immigration cases and is well ranked in the Legal 500.
The Role
Working alongside senior caseworkers, your caseload will include representing clients who are facing a wide range of issues by both immigrants and other citizens when regularising their stay in the UK. The role will include running a mixed caseload of legally aided immigration matters including asylum, deportation, tribunal appeals and applications for judicial review.
The successful candidates willl be technically competent possessing good team working skills and attention to detail. Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with SRA level 1 or 2 accreditation, but accredited caseworkers with solid experience in immigration law are welcome to apply.
