An NQ Solicitor is required to join the fantastic residential property team of an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Based in South Birmingham, this Residential Property Solicitor role is offered full-time on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of your new role
Joining an expanding specialist department, you will act for SME businesses, high street retailers and high net worth individuals on a full caseload of residential property matters including:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership schemes
- Lease extensions from start to finish
Candidate profile
The firm is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor who demonstrates:
