Description
As the Real Estate Senior Associate you will pick up a caseload of Real Estate files. This will include but not be limited to development work, asset management for investment clients and landlord and tenant. The development work will be both residential and commercial development. You will also support junior team members and assist with business development.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor who is interested in working for a large law firm. You will have ties to Manchester and have experience working on development and occupier work. Ideally the successful candidate will already be working as a Real Estate Senior Associate
