A progressive commercial law firm based in the heart of the City of London is seeking an associate level Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded team. Offered full-time on a permanent basis, this role presents the opportunity to advise developers, investors, institutional property owners, occupiers and contractors on a range of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities of your new role
Working within this team you will assist on a range of Commercial Property matters including:
- Acquisition, development and disposal of commercial property assets
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investment management
- Real estate development matters
Candidate profile
Applications are invited from Commercial property Solicitors who demonstrate:
- 2+ years of PQE
- Training and qualification from a notable Real Estate team
- Experience gained across the full life-cycle of Commercial Property matters
- A strong academic track record
Salary
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be offered £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on prior experience.
