Conveyancing Solicitor – £30k to £40k – Staffordshire

Highly regarded West Midlands firm offering a competitive salary seeks an experienced Solicitor as part of their continued expansion. This role would be ideally suited to a Conveyancing Solicitor who is seeking to work in a supportive environment and provide a high quality service to clients.

The successful applicant will join a well-established team and handle a caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will have full secretarial support whilst benefiting from a lot of autonomy when handing your caseload.

This vacancy is at a well established firm with a modern approach. They are adept at recognising talent and developing their staff. The property department has an excellent reputation locally.

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £30,000 to £40,000. Typical working hours are 9am to 5pm with a lunch break and potential for flexibility.
