Purpose of Role:
The role will primarily focus on the commercial aspects of primary and secondary projects but will also involve providing elements of corporate, financial services, banking, construction, commercial, regulatory and general transactional advice. The role will provide outstanding experience in drafting and negotiating project/finance documentation.
Responsibilities:
Our Infrastructure practice is one of the largest and most experienced of any international law firm. It combines a deep and current legal expertise with sophisticated marketplace knowledge and industry expertise. We regularly act for project companies, developers, banks, investors, multilateral agencies, contractors, governments and other public sector bodies. We are active in all infrastructure sectors across the globe, and regularly act on rail, airports, health, education, roads, bridges and tunnels, prisons, public buildings, housing, water, wastewater, waste, defence and information technology projects.
Required Experience, Skills and Attributes:
- NQ-2 years PQE.
- Experience of working with ETI team on transactions (not essential).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Capable of working effectively within a large team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technically outstanding and commercially focused.
- Ability to demonstrate a desire to be involved in the on-going development of the practice.
