We are currently recruiting for a Property Lawyer to join a local authority based in London on a locum contract.

About the role

The successful Property Lawyer will need to be able to undertake a busy workload, which will involve handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters, which will include leases and licenses, and some regeneration and projects.

The ideal Property Lawyer will have an extensive knowledge of public property law and have previous local authority experience, although Property Lawyers from private practice backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
