Pro-Legal are working closely with a highly regarded International Firm looking for a high calibre Lawyer to join the energy group of their corporate team. In this truly international team, you would work with clients from international developers, energy sectors, oil and gas majors, IOCs, NOCs and government bodies.
As Corporate Energy Associate you will work across a variety of energy matters with a particular focus on clean energy and oil and gas. This role is predominantly transactional in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, joint operations, upstream project development activities and LNG project.
You will have a high level of client contact and business development is actively encouraged. This is an ambitious and close-knit team and will suit a driven and highly motivated individual.
The successful candidates are likely to have:
- A strong academic record
- Experience in renewable energy and/or oil and gas
- 4+ years post-qualification experience
