Seeking a Litigation Lawyer with knowledge of law across the board of litigation to undertake a comprehensive range of work to include property, civil and commercial litigation with some personal injury matters. The successful lawyer will manage a varied and complex caseload from instruction to resolution, possessing excellent negotiation skills, able to utilise previous court experience to conduct advocacy and obtain the best result for the client.
