Commercial Property Paralegal – £18k to £24k – Staffordshire

Well respected firm, offering a competitive salary and good long term prospects for progression, seeks a driven Paralegal to become part of their successful commercial property team.

This role would be ideally suited to an ambitious Paralegal with commercial property experience who is seeking a well-established, supportive firm who are adept at recognising talent and developing their staff.

The successful applicant will join a busy department in a firm which has enjoyed a sustained period of organic growth. You will assist Solicitors on a variety of commercial property matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters as well as development.

A salary of £18,000 to £24,000 is on offer, dependent on experience. Candidates with significant fee earning experience who have higher salary expectations will be considered on their merits.

We are looking for a hard-working, pragmatic individual with a committed to providing a first class service to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a busy commercial property department and will have handled a small caseload under supervision.
