In-House Paralegal

Our client a leader within their sector are now actively in the market seeking to recruit for an In-House Commercial Paralegal.

Applications are welcome from Paralegals with experience in general commercial law, including commercial contracts, either within the private practice sector or an in-house legal department.

Key Responsibilities would include; drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract documents and provide assistance with commercial queries. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have strong organisational abilities and be able to prioritise a busy workload.

Candidate Requirements:
*You will be a Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience within commercial law, ideally having handled commercial contracts matters
*Applications are welcomed from candidates within either the private practice or in-house sectors
* Have exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels in a positive, collaborative manner
