An opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 firm at their London office. This is a permanent, full time position, with the option of flexible and home working on offer.

The Role

The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will become a key member of one of the highest ranked Corporate & Commercial teams in the South East. The team deal with exceptional clients ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals, household names and institutions.

The work is diverse, interesting and comes from a desirable catchment area. You will typically be advising on matters to include:

• M&A
• Joint Ventures
• Corporate Finance
• GDPR advice and commercial agreements

Person Specification

The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with:

• 3 or more years’ PQE as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor
• A strong academic record
• Experience at another well-regarded practice (London or regional)
• Commercial acumen
• A clear commitment to developing within this area of law
