An award-winning firm in Southern Hertfordshire is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to develop a key area of the firm's commercial services in St Albans. This is a permanent, full time position.
About the Role
The Commercial Solicitor will be taking on work in the retail, industrial and logistics sectors, advising on matters likely to include:
- Distribution
- Data Protection
- Franchising
- IT related agreements
- Licensing
- IP
- Standard / bespoke commercial contracts
Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for a Commercial Lawyer with:
- Experience as a Commercial Solicitor gained either at a well-regarded practice / in-house
- Experience in the areas listed above
- Corporate support experience
- Experience in the recruitment services industry (advantageous)
- A strong academic background
- A track record of successful marketing and business development
Job Offer
