Residential Conveyancer
My client is a well established legal law firm with multiple offices across the Midlands who are currently recruiting for experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an experienced conveyancing team in Nuneaton.
The Role includes:
Sales and Purchase of Freehold and Leasehold
Carrying out legal searches.
Taking instructions from clients.
Providing written estimates and advice.
Applying for and checking searches.
Dealing with enquiries.
Preparing and checking reports on titles.
Dealing with exchange and completions.
Ensuring post completion work is undertaken to include payment of Stamp Duty and Land tax.
The Ideal candidate:
Experience working as a conveyancing fee earner is essential (at least 3 years)
Able to work under pressure.
ICT literature.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established Conveyancing Quality accredited firm and gain valuable experience in all aspects of conveyancing.
Salary will be negotiable on experience but in the region of £24,000 would be expected for the right candidate
