Paralegal

A well-established firm in Black Country is looking to recruit a junior level Paralegal for their wider private client department.

The Firm

This large high street practice has several offices in the West Midlands area, offering the usual range of commercial and private client services. It is regarded as a friendly and supportive place to work, with many long serving staff members. The private client team provides advice to a broad range of clients, including to wealthy individuals with business interests, investments and multiple properties. 

Role Description

The Private Client Paralegal will be managing a caseload with the supervision of the team. This work is likely to include:

• Will drafting
• Court of Protection applications
• LPAs and EPAs
• Assisting in the Administration of Estates

The Candidate

The ideal Private Client Paralegal will have:

• Experience in a Paralegal / Legal Assistant capacity
• Practical private client experience in a similar department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to learn quickly and work well in a team
