Residential Conveyancer

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new role?

The Role:
* Responsible for managing a caseload of conveyancing transactions
* Caseload to include: sales and purchase files - freehold, leasehold, flats, new build and shared ownership

The Requirements:
* Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years' experience
* Experience working with estate agents is desirable
* Managed transactions via a case management system
