Job Title: Residential Property NQ
Salary: £45,000
Location: Central London
Established London law firm are looking for a residential property NQ to handle high end residential property transactions. This is a diverse role and so you must have a detailed and thorough knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing and be experienced and competent enough to handle your own caseload. If you have worked with UHNWs, this will be of particular interest to the client. The work is for established private clients and the role will include plot sales, residential sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), Transfers of Equity, Land Registry work, Re-mortgages and lease extensions. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the London residential property market and you will need to hit the ground running.
You must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with key industry players including clients, developers and agents and be able to work to set timescales and deadlines, ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are met and managed at all times.
It is essential that you have strong technical knowledge and a pro-active, self-motivated work ethic as well as exceptional client handling skills combined with excellent communication skills. This is an extremely busy role and so you must have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach.
