Commercial Property Solicitor

I'm pleased to be working on another role with a progressive, forward thinking firm based in South West London. My client are looking to further strengthen their Commercial Property team with the addition of a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 3 - 5 years PQE. You will be joining a highly successful, close knit team that are working on high quality work with both local and international clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied caseload including landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals and commercial development. You will be able to handle a busy caseload whilst also developing new business. You will also be expected to offer support & supervision to the junior members of the team so it is essential that you'll be an effective communicator.
