A Tier 1 ranked defendant personal injury firm with expertise in defending insurance and liability claims is looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal to join them for a full-time, permanent role. Based Sheffield, this personal injury role presents the opportunity to join the collaborative and friendly environment of an international firm with offices around the world.

Responsibilities of your new role

Key duties of your role as Personal Injury Solicitor will include:

• Dealing with defendant EL / PL personal injury work
• Working on insurer claims
• Acting for clients such as supply chain fleets, retail companies and self-insured companies

Candidate requirements

The firm looks to hire a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal who demonstrates:

• 2-6 years of PQE in personal injury
• Knowledge of the pre-action protocol
• Experience in employers and public liability litigation work

Defendant experience is desirable, but applications from those with claimant experience is also welcome.
