My client is a high-end and privately owned property business which specialises in retail led regeneration schemes with multiple companies under its umbrella.

They have an established legal function and an opportunity for a commercial property lawyer with solid all round property skills to compliment the department based in South Yorkshire.

Reporting directly into the MD, this entrepreneurial organisation requires an agile and pragmatic property all-rounder and would suit someone who would thrive in an environment of autonomy.

A background in retail property would be advantageous, given the vast array of group's retail tenants, however an ability to work unaided is imperative. You'll be a solutions provider and have a commercial mind-set to obstacles.

We would anticipate this person having at least 4 years PQE and offer a competitive salary to attract the required quality. Those candidates with the demonstrable capabilities outside of this PQE will be considered, as will those looking for part time or reduced/flexible hours.
