Your new company
My client is seeking a Conveyancer with the ability to deliver over budgets. Acting as principal case handler of all transactions allocated and reporting to the Conveyancing Manager, you will be expected to deliver the highest possible legal and service standards.

Your new role
You will enjoy working to and achieving deadlines with in a busy office environment and you should aim to achieve excellence in client service. You will run a busy caseload of Residential property files, and occasionally deal with some Commercial Property work.

What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate will maximise profit for the company, build relationships with the firm's introducers and clients, whilst also encouraging the referral of further business to the firm. You will lead by example and work with the firm to embrace new technology and changes in the way that Conveyancing services are delivered.
