Litigation Solicitor - This top tier Kent firm who are mentioned in Chambers and ranked by Legal 500 have asked us to find them a further litigation solicitor to join their team at one of their Kent offices.
About the Role
You will be joining an experienced team where you will need to show a detailed understanding of general civil litigation, commercial litigation and a strong emphasis of property litigation. This will include:
- Commercial contract
- IT & IP disputes
- Commercial leases
- Debt recovery matters
- Probate disputes
- Negligence claims
- Varied property disputes
- Neighbour issues
Candidate Requirements
You will ideally need to have:
- 6 years relevant PQE+
- Team management experience
- Organised and able to use initiative
- Highly diligent with attention to detail
