Growing US law firm based by Liverpool Street is looking to hire a new billable Senior Litigation Support Analyst to support the firm’s litigation Attorneys, eDiscovery staff and legal teams with all aspects of litigation support from case inception through to trial.  Duties will include to design and maintain litigation databases to manage litigation data for review, production, and analysis, coordinate and handle requests for new or modified databases created using litigation applications including, Concordance, Relativity, Ringtail, Axcelerate, LAW Pre-Discovery outside service and software systems for litigation support., provide technical support and advice related to litigation technology and electronic discovery, work with Litigation & eDiscovery Services to execute document indexes, perform keyword searches, project planning, developing document review protocols, searching, testing and sampling and all aspects of litigation document review and production, conduct quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of document productions including, but not limited to privilege and confidentiality designations and redactions, participate in management of litigation support and eDiscovery vendor relationships, coordinate with IS Managers to install new software systems and on all hardware acquisitions and installation and Help Desk Staff in implementation of new systems, provide training and support to Attorneys, Legal Assistants and support staff on the use of litigation support systems and applications plus maintain documentation of work performed on litigation related client data, from receipt through conclusion of matter.  Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm however overtime will be expected.  Applicants will need strong relevant application experience, be degree or professional qualification equivalent, high-level of litigation support related software and at least 3 years of direct litigation support experience.
